These terms govern your use of the software, websites and services provided by N-IT Services ("we", "us"), operated by Naresh IT Services, a sole proprietorship of Naresh Chidipothu, registered at 219/19, SEC Colony, Puppalguda, Ranga Reddy, Hyderabad, Telangana 500089, India. By creating an account or paying for a subscription, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
We provide cloud-based business software on a subscription basis. Features available to you depend on the plan you choose, as described on our pricing page.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate information when signing up and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the users you invite.
3. Subscriptions and payment
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly in Indian Rupees (INR), plus applicable GST at 18%.
- Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments India Pvt. Ltd. We do not store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
- Your subscription starts when payment is confirmed and remains active for the billing period you paid for.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to break its security, reselling it without permission, or using it for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that do so.
6. Your data
You own the data you put into the service. We process it only to provide the service, as explained in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service available at all times but may need planned maintenance. We are not liable for interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
