This policy explains what personal data Naresh IT Services (trading as N-IT Services) collects, why, and the choices you have. It is written to comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, mobile number, company name and GSTIN (if given).
• Payment details: order IDs, amounts and payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are collected and stored by Cashfree Payments, not by us.
• Usage data: log-ins, device and browser information, used to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

• To provide the service and your subscription
• To send invoices, receipts and important account notices
• To give support and improve the product
• To meet legal and tax obligations (for example GST records)

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers who help us run the business — our payment gateway (Cashfree Payments), hosting provider and email provider — and only as much as they need. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is active. Invoices and payment records are kept for 8 years as required by Indian tax law. Other data is deleted within 90 days of account closure.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing contact@n-itservices.com. We respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and access is limited to people who need it.
