Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), all major credit and debit cards including RuPay, netbanking from 60+ banks, and popular wallets. International cards are accepted for USD invoices on request.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every payment generates a GST-compliant tax invoice. Add your GSTIN at checkout and it will appear on the invoice so you can claim input tax credit.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
What is your refund policy?
Yearly plans can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Is my payment information safe?
Payments are handled end-to-end by Cashfree Payments, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. N-IT Services never receives or stores your card or bank credentials.
